Reanda Consulting (HK) Ltd (“Reanda Consulting”) is led by the Chairman Mr. Paul Chan.

Mr. Paul Chan was previously managing director of Baker Tilly Hong Kong, the Greater China Region. He was four times elected as Guangzhou City Political Consultative Committee while having vast advisory experiences for the MNCs in mainland China and Hong Kong. Paul received his professional trainings in Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young. Currently, Mr. Chan mainly focuses on the advisory sector in relation to IPO and M&A projects.
