LS started his career with Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) Hong Kong where he obtained audit experience in a wide range of industries and listed companies. He later worked in the technical department as a senior manager where his role was to provide technical advisory service to the audit departments. Mr Chan was the senior partner of a CPA Practice before joining us in 2008. Mr. Chan has gained extensive experience in Hong Kong taxation matters including tax planning, IRD field audits and investigations.

LS has an active role in the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He was a committee member of the Small and Medium Practitioners Leadership Panel, Panel B of the Investigation Panel, Financial Reporting Standards Committee and the Tax Specialization Development Working Group.

陳先生曾於羅兵咸會計師事務所 (現為普華永道國際會計公司) 工作多年，並從中獲得審計、稅務等多方面的經驗，包括各行各業及上市公司；其後陳先生於審計技術部門任職高級經理，主要工作乃提供技術資訊及支援予審計部門。 陳先生在加盟本公司之前是一所會計師事務所的高級合夥人。陳先生深具香港稅務、稅務策劃、稅務局實地審查及調查之豐富經驗。

陳先生在香港會計師公會一直擔當積極的角色。 陳先生曾服務於香港會計師公會之中小型執業所委員會; 調查小組 (B) 的委員；公會財務報告準則委員會的委員以及稅務專項發展專責小組。
