Ms. Sie is the Director and Company Secretary of Company Secretarial division of Reanda Hong Kong. She has an in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of company secretarial duties and practice. Before joining us, Ms. Sie was in charge of the secretarial department of renowned companies in Hong Kong for many years. Ms. Sie joined us in 1992 to develop our business in the area of secretarial services. Her invaluable contributions provide tremendous Secretarial Support to our Hong Kong, Mainland and Overseas clients.  

Ms. Sie has held influential posts in a number of public interest bodies. She was a councilmember (2001 to 2017 and 2008 to 2013) of the HKCGI, membership committee member and Education Committee Chairman of HKCGI as well. And She was there presentative on the Companies Registry Customer Liaison Group, the Government of HKSAR. Currently, she is the member of the Professional Service Panel of HKCGI. Moreover, Ms. Sie acts as external adviser to the Caritas Institute of Higher Education, a member of the Academic Advisory Board of the Department of Law and Business, the Hong Kong Shue Yan University.

施小姐現擔任利安達(香港)的公司秘書部門董事及公司秘書，具有豐富公司秘書經驗，目前專責處理公司秘書業務。於加入本公司前，曾管理本港數間著名公司的秘書部門。施小姐於1992年加盟本公司，協助拓展公司秘書業務。施小姐的寶貴經驗對本公司為香港及國內外客戶提供公司秘書服務有莫大貢獻。

施小姐於許多公共機構中擔任過不同的職位。她曾經擔任香港公司治理公會理事多年(2001-2007年度及2008-2013年度)，以及會員委員會委員和教育委員會主席等職位。她曾出任香港特別行政區政府公司註冊處客戶聯絡小組代表。現時她擔任香港公司治理公會專業服務小組。 同時，施小姐擔任明愛高等教育學院的外聘顧問、香港樹仁大學法律和商業部學術顧問委員會成員。
